I'm a male counsellor who understands what it's like to navigate these challenges. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Initial discovery call (free, 30 minutes): We'll have a no-obligation chat where you can ask questions and I can understand what brings you in. This is a chance to see if we're a good fit.
First full session: We'll establish a contract, explore your situation in depth, and start building a plan for how we'll work together.
Ongoing sessions: Typically weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works for you. We'll focus on your goals, develop practical strategies, and track progress. Sessions are £60 per hour.
Between sessions: You'll have tools and strategies to use in your daily life. We're not just talking in the session - we're building real change.
Your pace: There's no fixed timeline. Some men work with me for a few months to navigate a specific challenge. Others work longer-term for deeper transformation. We'll review regularly and adjust as needed.
