3.1. Our online booking portal allows clients to schedule counselling and coaching sessions.
3.2. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3.3. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. Payments for products and services can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.
4.2. Refunds for physical products are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
4.3. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
4.4. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

5.1. All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jeff Dawson and is protected by copyright laws.

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy for both physical and digital products below.
1. Physical Products
1.1. Eligibility for Returns: Physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jeffdawson.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
1.3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1.4. Refunds for Physical Products: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2. Digital Products
2.1. Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
2.2. Access Issues: If you experience any issues accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us at hello@jeffdawson.co.uk for assistance.
3. Services and Bookings
3.1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of booked sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future session.
3.2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the session fee, unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. Refunds for Services: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
4.1. If you receive a faulty or damaged physical product, please contact us immediately at hello@jeffdawson.co.ukwith details and photographs of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
