I'm a BACP-accredited counsellor and coach based in Tavistock, Devon. I work with teenagers (12-25), men, and dads - providing trauma-informed support in a calm, confidential space.

My purpose-built therapy room is designed to feel safe and welcoming. Whether you're local to Tavistock or travelling from surrounding areas, you'll find a professional, supportive environment where real change happens.

The Tavistock Practice

Location: Tavistock, Devon 

Parking: Free, on-site parking available.

What to Expect When You Visit

The Therapy Room

My therapy room is purpose-built for counselling and coaching. It's calm, private, and designed to help you feel at ease. You'll have a comfortable chair, refreshments available, and complete confidentiality.

Therapy Dog: My dog Teddy sometimes joins sessions. Many clients find this helpful for building trust and feeling more relaxed. If you'd prefer sessions without Teddy, just let me know when you book.

Your First Session

Before you arrive: You'll receive a welcome email with parking information, directions, and what to bring (just yourself and an open mind).

When you arrive: We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you in, and establishing how we'll work together. There's no pressure - this is about building trust.

What happens next: If you decide to continue, we'll agree on a regular session time and create a plan tailored to your specific needs.

Trauma-informed support for teenagers navigating anxiety, depression, identity struggles, relationship issues, or difficult life transitions. Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental, and focused on practical strategies alongside emotional processing.

£60 per hour | Weekly or fortnightly sessions

Counselling for Men

Support for men dealing with work pressure, relationship challenges, identity questions, or life transitions. I understand the specific pressures men face and bring lived experience to this work.

Coaching for Dads of Teenagers

One-to-one coaching to rebuild connection with your teenager, improve communication, and feel more confident as a dad. Available in packages or as ongoing support.

£300 (4 sessions) | £600 (10 sessions) | £1,000 (15 sessions)

Payment: Full payment upfront to secure your booking. I'm happy to discuss payment options if needed.

Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge. Less than 48 hours: Full session charge applies.

I understand life happens. If you need to cancel, just let me know as soon as possible.

Session Length

Each session is 1 hour, typically weekly or fortnightly depending on what works for you. We'll agree on a regular time that suits your schedule.
