All coaching options include a free 30-minute discovery call so you can ask questions, get clear on what you want, and decide if it’s the right fit before you commit.


1:1 Coaching Sessions

£75 per session (60 minutes)

Sessions are available in Tavistock, in Saltash (limited availability), online across the UK, or as walk-and-talk sessions in the West Dartmoor area.


What’s included

  • 60-minute confidential session 
  • A clear focus for the work (clarity, leadership, performance under pressure) 
  • Practical tools you can use immediately 
  • Simple next steps between sessions (so progress continues outside the room) 
  • Optional email support between sessions where appropriate


Coaching Packages

Hourly sessions work well if you want flexibility. Packages are for men who want more structure, momentum and accountability.


4 sessions — £300

Ideal for: getting unstuck, making a key decision, building early momentum.


10 sessions — £600

Ideal for: building consistency under pressure, strengthening leadership at home/work, changing patterns that keep repeating.


15 sessions — £1,000

Ideal for: deeper behaviour change, long-term follow-through, raising your standard across multiple areas of life.

Cancellation policy

I ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

  • 48+ hours’ notice: reschedule at no charge 
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: session fee charged in full


Concessions & payment flexibility

I don’t offer a sliding scale, but if cost is a concern: 

  • package instalment plans may be available 
  • I occasionally offer reduced-rate slots (limited availability)
