All fees include a free 30-minute discovery call to discuss your needs before you commit.

Counselling Sessions

Individual Counselling: £60 per session (60 minutes)

Joint counselling for parent and teenager: £75 per session (60 minutes)

Available for teenagers (12-25), men, and parents. Sessions can be in-person at my Tavistock or Saltash locations, or online across the UK.

What's Included:

• 60-minute confidential session
• Trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to your needs
• Safe, calm therapy space (or secure online platform)
• Ongoing support between sessions via email where appropriate
• Option to include therapy dog Teddy if you'd like

Coaching Sessions

Individual Coaching: £75 per session (60 minutes)

Transformational coaching for dads and parents who want to rebuild connection with their teenagers, improve communication, and create positive change.

What's Included:

• 60-minute structured coaching session
• Practical strategies and tools you can use immediately
• Goal-setting, accountability, and progress tracking
• Access to resources, worksheets, and exercises
• Email support between sessions

Coaching Packages

Coaching works best as a structured programme with clear goals and regular accountability. Packages reflect this commitment.

1. 4 Sessions: £300 (save £40) - Ideal for: Focused goals, quick wins, or exploring whether coaching is right for you.
2. 10 Sessions: £600 (save £100) - Ideal for: Significant relationship challenges, rebuilding connection, or developing new communication skills over 2-3 months.
3. 15 Sessions: £1,000 (save £200) - Ideal for: Deep transformation, long-term change, or working through complex family dynamics.

How to Pay

Payment is required upfront to secure your booking. I accept:

• Bank transfer
• Cash
• Debit card
• Credit card (via Zanda Health portal)

Payment is taken when you book, or before your first session if booking by phone or email.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you need to reschedule. I ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice: Session can be rescheduled at no charge

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: Session fee is charged in full

I allow up to two reschedules per week where possible, to accommodate genuine emergencies or unexpected circumstances.

Concessions & Financial Support

I understand that cost can be a barrier to accessing support. Whilst I don't currently offer a sliding scale, I do offer:

• Flexible payment plans for packages (pay in instalments)
• Occasional reduced-rate slots for those experiencing genuine financial hardship
• If cost is a concern, please get in touch to discuss options. I'll always try to work with you where possible.

What's Not Included

Insurance claims: I'm a private practitioner, so sessions are paid directly to me. Some private health insurance policies cover counselling - check with your provider. I can provide receipts for claims.

Medication: I don't prescribe medication. If medication might be helpful, I can discuss this with you and suggest speaking with your GP.

Crisis support: I'm not a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger or need urgent support, contact your GP, call 999, or contact the Samaritans (116 123).
